Booking

A booking is confirmed by paying the deposit, which is 50% of the total. Once this has been received you will get an email acknowledging payment and confirming your booking.

The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days before arrival. If we have not received this you will get an email to remind you.

Coronavirus (Covid-19)

We understand that you might have questions regarding the current wave of Covid and how it might affect your holiday plans. Warborne Farm is a family run working farm and the health and wellbeing of our guests is of primary importance to us. We value our guests (both new and returning) and it is important to us that we can reassure you through this difficult time.

To date the vast majority of our customers are continuing to travel as planned.  We are located in a rural and isolated community and during your stay; you do not need to worry about being confined to a small space with lots of people. All of our boutique barns are stand alone and self contained and each barn benefits from direct access to large open spaces. Within a few minutes you can reach stunning bluebell woodlands or you can choose to spend your time exploring the New Forest National Park, which comprises of 100,000 acres of woodlands and open space. We also have a selection of bicycles that you can borrow for free. However, we do ask that you take your own precautions in terms of hygiene and cleaning.

We would, however, ask that you follow government guidelines.  Please do not travel if you or anyone in your party displays Covid-19 symptoms (i.e. a high temperature and/or a persistent dry cough) and in such circumstances please refer to the government guidance on self and household isolation. If during your stay you or anyone in your party becomes ill and the symptoms are Coronavirus related please follow the government advice (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/). Also, at the earliest opportunity, please contact us before leaving the property George Heathcote on 07713 335054, so that we can notify others that might be at risk.

Changes to bookings

Our guests' wellbeing is our top priority and we appreciate that some guests may wish to rearrange their stay.  We will work hard to accommodate any changes you wish to make subject to availability.

If you have booked and paid (either in full or paid a 50% deposit) you can (with at least 48 hrs prior notice and subject to availability) change your booking by up to 12 months within any of our boutique barns. Please note that if the new booking is higher than the original booking cost, any increase will be charged and the full balance will be payable at the time of re-booking. If the new booking is less than the original booking cost, we will refund you the difference. Please note that no additional charges will be applied for any amendments made in these circumstances.

Cancellations

We fully understand that there may be circumstances where you are unable to continue with your booking. If this is 60 days or more in advance of your stay then we will refund you in full. If it is less, then we are not legally under obligation to refund you; however we will endeavour to re-book your slot, in which case we can refund you. If you decide not to come and it is too late for us to re-sell the barn, then unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds in such. If there is a forced cancellation due to Government imposed restrictions then we will refund you in full.  If you have to self or household isolate and you have travel insurance, please speak to your insurance provider to see if they can assist.

Our promise to you

All of our barns are being deep cleaned between guest departures and arrivals and we are thoroughly cleaning the communal laundry room.  In addition we shall, subject to availability, stock each barn with hand wash or hand soap/kitchen roll and toilet paper.

Being a working farm, we are delighted to offer our guests the opportunity to harvest fresh eggs, salad and vegetables for no extra charge. As is the nature with agriculture, we cannot guarantee that a particular crop will be ready for harvesting or indeed in sufficient supply.

We are continuously monitoring the situation and we will update this policy as necessary, to eliminate any issues so that you can relax and enjoy your break away. Please do not hesitate to contact us in the meantime if you have any questions.

Thank you for your continued support during these unprecedented times. We hope to welcome you very soon for a relaxing break!
